I have been keeping bees for 7 years now. It is a labor of love in service to Mother Earth. The honey is the sweet bonus and has only been given away to friends and family, until now.
This Spring season has been crazy like nothing I have seen before. My hives went into overdrive and I harvested more then 200 pounds (25 gallons) of golden spring honey! Unique in its color and taste it is the essence of the first spring flowers and trees in the woodlands of the Hudson Valley NY. It is a special gift from our great mother and her beautiful girls - enjoy!
In order to produce 1 pound of honey, 2 million flowers must be visited.
