It has been a beautiful spring, perfect for golden spring honey! Unique in its color and taste it is the essence of the first spring flowers and trees in the woodlands of the Hudson Valley NY. It is a special gift from our great mother and her beautiful girls - enjoy! In order to produce 1 pound of honey, 2 million flowers must be visited.
